Return Policy

We're confident you'll love your purchase from Georgia Shades. So much so that we offer you an opportunity to fully inspect your purchase for 14 days after receipt. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it. It's that simple! Please feel free to review our return policy details below:

* Refunds - If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted by completing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request available through your account online at www.GeorgiaShades.com. All original contents and packaging must accompany your returned merchandise (case, cleaning cloth, etc). Any returns which are not in its original state may be subject to additional restocking fees or refusal. All incurred shipping costs are non-refundable including postage incurred under our Free Shipping promotion.

* Exchanges - Returns for exchange may be eligible for waiver of the restocking fee by following these steps: 1) Place a new order online for the item you wish to receive in exchange for your return. 2) Complete a RMA request online through your account and mention your new order number in your request. Failure to include the new order number will void your eligibility for waiver of the restocking fee. 3) Upon receipt of your return we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price (less shipping costs).
